A refund or replacement is offered ONLY if there is proof of products damaged in transit, or item is not as described.
If this occurs, please contact us with your order details as soon as possible.
Items MUST be returned UNOPENED, or UNTampered with to validate a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to not offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used item.
Once we confirm the status of your item, we will offer you your choice of a refund or a replacement.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of minds unless you simply RETURN TO SENDER immediately without opening the package.
Refunds may only be issued back to original form of payment. Shipping is non-refundable. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return the item.
